1. Scope
This Policy explains how Domistra Inc. uses cookies and similar technologies on Domistra™ websites, web applications and mobile applications. The actual technologies in use may differ by product, device, jurisdiction and configuration.
2. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Typical control |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Authentication, session continuity, security, load balancing, fraud prevention and core preferences | Required for the requested service; not disabled through consent controls where legally permitted |
| Functional | Remember optional preferences and enhance features | Choice/consent where required |
| Analytics | Measure performance, usage and product improvement | Consent or other lawful basis where permitted |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns or deliver advertising, if enabled | Prior consent where required |
3. Mobile and Similar Technologies
Mobile applications may use SDKs, device storage, identifiers and similar technologies for authentication, security, crash reporting, notifications and analytics. These are governed by the same principles as cookies where applicable.
4. Consent and Choices
Where law requires consent for non-essential technologies, Domistra Inc. will not activate them until the required consent is obtained. You may change available preferences through the cookie or privacy controls. Browser or device settings may also allow deletion or blocking, but blocking essential technologies may prevent features from working.
5. Third Parties
Some technologies may be provided by service providers. The current Subprocessor List and consent interface should be used as the operational source for providers actually deployed. Domistra Inc. will not list a provider in this Policy unless it is actually used for the relevant purpose.
6. Retention
Cookie and similar-technology lifetimes vary by purpose. Session technologies expire when the session ends or shortly thereafter; persistent technologies remain for the period shown in the consent interface or until deleted, subject to technical and legal requirements.
7. Do Not Track / Global Signals
Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out or preference signal, Domistra Inc. will implement the required response. Otherwise, browser “Do Not Track” signals may not have a uniform industry meaning.
