No. Property-related maintenance commissioned by a Property Manager is managed through the PMS and Vendor Portal. Marketplace is designed for resident-initiated personal and household services.
Eligible Domistra users can access Marketplace services available to them through their resident or personal workspace.
Where available, vendor profiles can include relevant service information to help users evaluate available providers before engaging them.
Where supported, residents can move from discovering a service to initiating the relevant engagement or booking within the Domistra experience.
Yes. An eligible vendor may participate in both workflows, but Property Manager-commissioned jobs and resident-initiated Marketplace services remain separate.
No. Marketplace eligibility is separate and depends on the applicable vendor verification and service requirements.
Where supported, eligible Marketplace transactions can use Domistra’s connected payment experience.
