Your neighbourhood has community. Now it has a platform.

A Real Social Network for Where You Live
Community is a social app for renters, owners, and neighbours - not a bulletin board run by your building. Connect with people around you, join local groups, discover what’s happening nearby, and be part of a verified, real-people network. Free for everyone on Domistra™.

Verified, Not Anonymous
Every member is a verified Domistra™ user. No strangers, no fake accounts, no spam. That’s what makes it a network you can actually trust, unlike open community apps where anyone can join.

Events and Engagement
Create and RSVP to events, organise meetups, and stay connected with what’s happening around you.

Groups for Every Kind of Neighbourhood
Create or join groups around your street, your building, your interests, or your community. A group can be as small as a single building or as broad as a whole neighbourhood.

Governance and Moderation
Community guidelines and moderation tools keep every group safe and productive, whether it’s run by a property manager or by neighbours themselves.

Property-Linked Groups, When You Want Them
If your property manager is on Domistra™, they can create and run an official group for your building directly inside Community - for announcements, notices, and building-specific updates. It’s one option within the platform, not the platform itself. You don’t need a property manager on Domistra™ to have a community.

Introducing Domistra™ : Property Management, Connected
Property management touches leases, maintenance, payments, and people, but rarely as one connected system. Here's why we built Domistra differently.

Property Management Doesn't Have a Software Problem. It Has a Coordination Problem.
Property Managers already have plenty of software. What they don't have is a system that connects it. This is why fragmentation, not features, is the real bottleneck.

Beyond Property Management: One Connected Ecosystem
Domistra™ connects property management, payments, vendors, and community into one resident-centric ecosystem, not a bundle of add-ons.
